So far I'm not impressed with the changes. And, it's not just because I saved 46,500 points all season to get Toronto Tickets again and not be able to. I actually didn't end up getting anything for my 46,500 points in the end.

No one seems to have an answer to anything and I actually signed up for this year AND I haven't heard peep.

To all on this thread! This, admittedly, is something that can be tricky for us. But I do know you WILL get your passes or creds or whatever you redeemed to use for this year's races.

We are always at the mercy of the tracks to get the inventory in a timely manner and send it out via mail so you have it before the race weekend. It's our preference to always send them to you. If we feel time is short, we'll make arrangements to leave them at Will Call and call everyone personally to give details on where to pick them up.

As always, email me at [email protected] if you are worried about something specific...like items for the St. Pete race.
