The desert can be very chilly in the morning. Our winters may be warm but the desert does get cold especially in the outskirts of Avondale/Goodyear. It will warm up nicely today for TITW.

Watching the timing and scoring always makes me think of being at Michigan Speedway for a Friday Morning practice session.



Not too many people there yet.......you pretty much have the place to yourself........watching the cars come out and do a few laps....then ducking back into the pits so the crews can check all of the fittings, etc.....and then sending them back out to work on some serious speed.

Did I mention I am counting the days until the IRL race in July?
