At almost the one year anniversary of 9/11, this came to my mind. Does anybody out there remember this?

I also remember when there was a proposal to run an Indy Car race within Central Park. There was even a full color artist's rendering of the proposed course in one of the auto magazines. Many plans. Maybe someday it'll happen.

BTW, who knew "Chip's" first name was Floyd?
