Don't worry, your boy will get in on the first weekend this year

I predict a 226.5 for the pole, and 222.9 to make the show.

          I took your guess with 222.8 didn't I?

Let's just say on Pole Day I'd wave off anything in the 222's unless weather plays a big role.

Yep, I had it typed, and then I checked the other answers. Almost 223 is my WAG for the bubble

I think it's going to be different this year.

BTW, Lenny, I'm really STOKED that Donnie has a full time ride this year. You can thank my friend SF-Indy-fan for pulling some strings with AJ.

Oh yeah, right, Zen, like I got AJ in my back pocket!

                    Here's what really happened:

At the breakfast buffet on the day before the 500 last year, AJ and his entourage sat at the next table, and, as he was signing an autograph for me, I asked him about running Donnie for the rest of the season. His reply was, "Aw, I dunno, it's purty tough to run that miny cawrs fur the whole season." At the same time, he had this sly grin on his face.

I'm just glad I caught Super Tex before he got his food!!

You're fine, Lenny. Hey, if you knew anything about whether or not your boy was gonna get the #14 ride, you weren't tellin' because we were all scratching our heads around here for a few weeks.
