I haven't heard anything.. but i wouldn't be suprised if the ink was already dry on the new sponsors contract for the future.

I have heard they were discontinuing their sponsorship as of 2006. I also heard early last year, that Penske was meeting with his new sponsor, but have head nothing since. Makes you wonder"I drove it like I stole it!"

Marlboro has to go as a part of government regulations against tobacco advertising so that is without question I'm afraid.- Make a note of the word 'Gobbly-gook'. I like it and I want to use it more often in conversation.

Careful. Marlboro has agreed to stop "brand advertising" but they never said they would stop sponsoring the team. They just extended their deal with Ferrari's F-1 team even though they will have to take their logo off the car there, too.Comment
