It would definitely be the story of the year but IMO its too farfetched considering Mario's age and the fact that he hasn't raced anything in several years AFAIK.

You might be right. Last night on the local Chitown sports news, Mario and Michael were the two that pulled the cover off the car. They interviewed both of them. Who knows.

Checking with the court clerk, the jury is still out on crazy.

But Mario coming back makes for a cheap stunt. Not having raced anything in so many years and 11 years removed from Indy, several years of being outspoken about what he feels the race has become and his displeasure with the OW situation and attempts to fix it which means he thinks there's something wrong with the way things are.

Could he run? I'd say yes considering the strong effort that Danny Ongais gave in his return in 1996.
