tony isn't stupid enough to allow fewer than 33 no matter what he and brian say about 33 just being a number ... having fewer than 33 will only lead the press to harp on WHY there aren't enough to fill the field and everyone will hear why for the entire week leading up to the race... once you get to 33 no matter if there is bumping or not, no one will care how or why as long as there's a full field

Any internet poster that stoops so low as to badmouth the media for not totally sharing his ideology or Pollyannaism is hardly worth engaging in rational conversation.

That said, 33 for Indy is easily the most compelling storyline for the IRL this season. By a long shot. So if you're hoping that people will ignore that there is an issue there, you're in for some serious disappointment.
