I like it. Much better looking to my eye than the McLaren or Daly's cars.

The fact that in the press release they have him already in the 107th Indy 500, is a bit presumtious.

As for the paint job, at least it's different from Illot. Those 2 identical cars are terrible in the other races.

Maybe it will look better live, but that's not a very attractive looking scheme.

It's a car entered into the Indy 500. It's one of 34 cars so far that might not even make the show. That's the beauty of bumping and the magic of the speedway.

If Texas is anything to go by where Canapino qualified 19th and finished 12th, I'd say it is likely that the car will qualify.

Also, don't underestimate how far behind Abel/Enerson is going to be. Much less prep time to massage the car, no testing time, and likely having at least one practice session they'll have to miss while waiting on ROP or Refresher (I've heard conflicting reports on which one RC has to take.).

My understanding is that he'll have to do the ROP again, since he's still a rookie for the event as he's never qualified for it.

I believe that's what they did with Pato. Pato missed the show in 2019 as a rookie, returned in 2020 and had to retake ROP and was a rookie.
