At this point, does anyone know of any driver who would practice during Indy ROP on the first 2 days the track is open? There don't seem to be any new teams on the horizon and I haven't heard anything about new drivers. What happens if there are no rookies for ROP?

It would seem a bit early for confirmed rookies. Great time for people claiming the desire to form new teams throwing, 'We've got some offers, we're looking at a few names, and the always popular If we can secure funding' out there to attract some attention. I would think the winter will be spent making deals and any real announcements would come closer to the opening of testing."You can't arrest those guys, they're folk heroes"
"They're criminals"
"Well most folk heroes started out as criminals"
