I have a feeling that Penske will be a real challenge for AGR in 2006.

I agree, Penske has always been a factor, and now i think they have a very good chance to unseat AGR as champs and it be good to see more competiton for AGR.

Why? They have fewer cars, so they will not test as often. Penske won't run a car in the pro-series to get the extra testing date either (something AGR will most likely do).

They will have the same bullets as AGR, just fewer of them.

All that means is that Penske is conceeding all of the road courses and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway to AGR before the season even starts.

Sam finished 3rd with that anchor Toyota. He'll finish higher next year, especially with AGR's best driver going elsewhere.

It's going to be nice to see the series' best driver in the top engine for the first time since 2002 (and the end of 2003 when he won everything in sight).

Penske's developing abilities even with a two car team will match AGR race for race. And yeah, it'll be good to see a more competitive season.
                  Of course IMO.

With the Honda engine, you will see Penske raise the bar and show the chinks in the AGR juggernaut.

                    Win # 14 for Roger!
                    May is now in session...

Can I get 500 posts by raceday?

Is Honda going to give Roger the HPD engine or the standard fare? The HPD engines still seem to have a hp advantage.
