Someone from IMS called me today. He said thanks for attending the Harvest GP and would I be interested in the Indycar / Nascar doubleheader. I said no not this year but how many fans will be allowed to attend May's Indianapolis 500. Er, um, please continue to check IMS.com for further updates. I tried.

Given that we are 90 or so days out and that there is no way a full house will be permitted, shouldnt we expect that the Speedway will soon be surveying ticketholders to gauge their intentions for attending a 5/30 race. I would imagine there will be many sitting this one out so perhaps the attendance thing will take care of itself. Many in our group are on the fence and although not happy about it will likely skip til 2022. In any case, I would think they want to get ahead of this.
