Anyone including dog-ring know if Lazier will be back in the car at Chicago to defend his title?

I have heard no many times in many ways, but I have yet to hear JL or dog say it, then I will believe. There are reports that Jaques said he wanted to wait until he is fully recoverd, is there a link?
