  • All right then, now what does Cheever do?

Will he keep running the #52, and, if so, who will drive it? My preferences: Yeley or Memo. Any thoughts?

Hire Greg Ray for the 51 or the 53.

Buddy Rice will run the #52. The #53 will likely remain parked.

        Correctamente Padre!

Have to show "damage" to win a suit.

Doubt that any court would support a contract where the lack of safety is an issue. That is a fairly long list of injuries that can be displayed in a courtroom.

Ah, but EC can demonstrate that those "safety concerns" did not apply to TS, simple by all the crashes he had with NO injuries.

You can add J. Lazier's injury to that list along with the cause.

I doubt eddie's looking to replace his fast young wallbanger with a slower, older version.

He tries his best, just like every week, with the focus on only two cars he may do better, or kick it up a notch, to make up for not having Tomas.
