Weather in PHX keeps teams right on w/ setup

With the weather expected here in Phoenix over the weekend, the High temp for the race is to be 68*. That temperature and wind speed can only help those that tested here not only during the off-season but also the TITW. These temps are certainly similiar to the temps that they ran with during the TITW.

IMO, expect Panther to be running up front again and this time the Red Bull team will be in the hunt. IMHO, Penske will struggle at times especially if the wind kicks up but I've been known to be wrong before.
