that they have decided to try "cartoon race format" !!!!!!

With the great success of such "cartoon engineering" as the "handford slab" cart has decided to go even further and institute "cartoon race format" by mandating the minimum number of pit stops a team must make and , also, when the teams must make each stop.............. well, I guess one big advantage to teams is that they can cut payroll by getting rid of their race strategy "engineer" and their fuel calculation "engineer"........ but they may have to add a lap counting "engineer".
I think I would go even further in pursuit of total fairness......... I think I would just red flag the race every 25 laps. Each stop would be for 10 minutes.
This would neutralize any advantage some of the wealthy teams would have by hiring a faster pit crew and it would also allow the more unfortunate teams with lesser quality "engineers", who missed on their chassis setup a chance every 25 laps to make adjustments without a time penalty.......... It would also eliminate the possibility those dreaded pitstop position changes !
give me a break!!!!!!
