Fontana possibly will have the biggest field this year outside of the indy500. Here is what I think will show up for the race. The 21 regular cars, Foyt's(+1), Haas(+1 or 2), Cheever(+1), PDM(+1 with carpenter), Could have 27 cars if Beck shows up and sells the seat cheap. With the drafting and going 3 wide in the corners, this could be the best race of the season.

Yeah, yeah it's Carpenter, not Carpentier; close though.
The transformation is complete. The Indy 500 is the only IndyCar race that matters. -

Foyt with second car will depend on Chicagoland Speedway. He is rumored to have a second car for that race. Might be training for Fontana.Comment
