What is going to happen to Barron? With Takagi running Dallara's, are there a couple G-Force's that Barron could finish the last 3 races in? I sure hope so! Anyone with any inside info?

Mo is trying to put something together to keep Barron in a car, the best I can figure is that they have 3 cars left, two G Force, one Dallara. It was reported that Tora chose to drive the Dallara. The in-car from Tora's Dallara at Kentucky showed much the same smooth setup as the Panther car, Tora got in a bad position and tried to stretch a pit sequence too long ,hoping for a caution, it bit him in the butt. That said, Tora has run two events in the Dallara without a good result, will he want a G Force back? With three cars, should Mo run Barron after Giaffone returns, that leaves them with zero backups. -
He SHOULD keep Barron, and dump Takagi... but the sponsors won't go for that....

Kidding aside. Barron may be a little better, but neither is bad. Barron was the only one to get the Hollywood car in "the circle" this year.
Giaffone won last year, and should have / could have won Indy ..... of course the same could be said about Barron

Honda and Toyota run their "tokens," always have, it keeps the interest up at home. Yes, I know that Roger is an American, Honda covered 2 bases with one play. Besides the stupid crash, and what driver hasn't made one of those, Tora has been a pleasant surprise and Giaffone is a winner, so is Barron, but three drivers in three cars won't work.Originally posted by speedvis

So poor Mo Nunn has to see if Hollywood would switch out Giaffone... for Barron. I doubt it would happen.
The other part of this that bothers me, is the ol' unsaid... "A player never loses his job, because of injury" rule.
If Mo could convince Toyota to provide just one more engine the rest of the way.......I'm sure Mo could find a chassis.
