    Sam's drive at KY was just amazing...one of the most dominating I have ever seen. He put the car just anywhere he wanted to. I'm sure he had a "moment" when he came upon Buddy and Little Foyt in the closing laps.

    On the subject of dominating performances, take a moment and mention your memories of such. Here are a few that come to mind.

    Bill Vukovich in '53 500;
    Jim Clark's '65 500 win;
    Rich Vogler's last ride at Salem, Ind.
