  • Gen IV on track at KY

Buhl just reeled off three straight laps at 217.383, 217.381 and 217.384

How's that for a Mr. Consistency award?

    2nd quick so far

Probably working on race setups, becuase his fast lap was his 6th. Either that, or they're doing their preliminary testing today since they got the Gen IV last.

Buddy had probably his best day last year at Kentucky. In fact, it was a good weekend for the short-track drivers too.

Kentucky may be the track to turn the season around for a few teams.

This could be the best race of the year..........so far.

As far as Lazier...I think he has what?......1 pole position?...he works on the race.

Yeah, the very first IRL race!

Actually, I think maybe at TMS one year there was a rainout and he sat on pole by points, but I could be mistaken about that.

Buddy can win from as far back as...26th

So far, there are 4 Chevy teams in the top ten. It is good that we now have more competitve teams in IndyCar racing, instead of the two classes we had this year up until now.

i'm kind of surprised that no one has approached sarah's pole time of 221.390 from last year. Dixon's top speed is nearly 3mph slower.

We will some some big speeds this afternoon once the teams uncork their qualiftying setups.
The transformation is complete. The Indy 500 is the only IndyCar race that matters.
