I forget the exact quote and if what was said is what was actually meant - But 10 IRL drivers inquiring about the Panther ride has to either be exagerrated or has to include some "sometimes" of "not currently active" drivers - Jeff Ward, Robbie McGhee, Jaques Lazier, maybe Eliseo...

I think the quote was "10 out of the 21 current drivers" had inquired about the Panther ride in the event that Sam departs. I forget where I saw or heard that, though... was it during the broadcast or during IndyRacing2Day?

I dunno... I might add Anthony to the possibles list... Granpa probably yells a lot more than JB.

I heard it - and don't remember where!

10 current IRL drivers - to me is Jeff Ward a "current" driver without a ride. Semantics, for sure - I just don't know what was the intent of the quote. Given the above analysis, the Wards and Laziers of the world HAVE to be included.
