  • Nazareth, Camping?

I see that ISC is charging $50 bux to camp at Naz. Anyone got a lowdown on a campground close to the action that is a little more wallet friendly?

    You could try:

    Allentown KOA, New Tripoli, 610-298-2160

Colonial Woods, Upper Black Eddy, 800-887-CAMP

Driftstone on the Delaware, Mount Bethel, 570-897-6859

    Dutch Springs, Bethlehem, 610-759-2270

    Evergreen Lake, Bath, 610-837-6401

    Moyer's, Coopersburg, 610-965-9910

    Quakerswoods, Quakertown, 800-235-2350

    Sacony Park, Kutztown, 610-683-3939

These are all from the fan guide. I've only camped at the track because of the convenience and $50 is not bad for two nights. But be prepared, there are no showers and barely any running water.

I got those as well, I was looking for some first hand experience as to which ones are good. I wouldn't balk at $50 for two nights, but it's $50 per night.

I haven't stayed at any of those, so I can't give you any first hand info, but the $50 is not per night, it's for the weekend (Fri and Sat night).

Okay, if it's for 2 nights it's not bad. The website didn't make that clear and I haven't made a phone call yet...
