He's looking pretty good. He was at Union Jack's today for lunch. He's still very dependent on crutches and walking looked painful. But at least he was mobile and he had a smile on his face the whole time he was there...

Davey had problems with the heel on his right foot and had to have additional surgery and muscle grafts to repair it. This set back his recovery from his goal of PIR to at least Indy and possibly as late as June. I have been told he has a ride for Indy if he's ready, but it's still pretty iffy.A good race driver, given adequate seat time, can drive any well prepared racecar on any track surface or configuration at competitive speeds. Remember, I said a GOOD race driver!!!Comment
