Even if he did get a tow, he'll still have competitive speeds. I haven't seen any backmarkers go up to speed yet.

Its nice to see Al in the top 10 in practice, but I doubt it means much. The field seems to be relatively close on speeds.

I assume most were working on qualifying this morning because there's not much else they could do since the practice was so short.

Now, now, now, we aren't allowed to be critical of the backmarkers. They're good drivers as well. Even if all they do is wrinkle up the car every race.

I'm not being that critical. It just seams that the strong teams are on top while the weaker teams are near the bottom, with maybe a couple exceptions. I'm still hoping some of those weaker teams will be more competitive.
