Test in the West, two questions?

Do we have any idea on who will be at the Test?

Second, will it be televised at least on ESPN2? I mean come on, they can put NBDL, spelling bees, and other material that is not really appealing so why not put the Test on the tube. Come on ESPN, step to the plate!
