  • "Inside Racing" Moves to the Flag Room

Just wanted to let everyone know that my radio show, "Inside Racing," is moving this week to the Flag Room at the Brickyard Crossing Golf Resort & Inn on the grounds of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Same date and time - Wednesday, from 8-9:00 pm.

I couldn't ask for a better, more appropriate location for this show the week that Formula One comes to the big track, and I am EXTREMELY pleased that the IMS has allowed Steve and I to have our show there.

I have a huge F1 show planned, with guests including:
    DANNY SULLIVAN
    1985 Indianapolis 500 Winner;
    Former Formula One driver
    ALEX YOONG
    Malaysian F1 Driver for the
    Minardi-Asiatech Racing Team
    BRUCE ASHMORE
    Technical Director,
    Player's / Forsythe Racing Team

    plus:
possibly two more highly recognizable guests - I'll post here if they are added.

If you can't join us live, please tune into WKLU (KOOL) 101.9 FM in Indy for the show.

I would really like to see everyone from TF there for this week's show. It will be a lot of fun!

    Thanks,
    Janie

(official release to follow on Monday)

Does anyone know what drafts are on tap at the Brickyard Crossing these days? Is it Foster, Bud, or Coors Light?

                  Janie,
When first read your announcement I took it to mean you had permanately moved to the Flag Room and I got very excited! I think Union Jacks has been a really great place..no complaints at all....but IMS! That would just be too cool!

What is preventing this from being permanent? What can we do to help? E-mail anyone specifically at IMS?

Wish I could be there but am working.....will be supporing you though! Good luck!

I've been saddled with a semi functional computer for the last day or two.

                              Thus the lack of response.

I'll try my best to be there tomorrow.

The Indiana Mafia has been checking in for the USGP.

Such epic gatherings involve long and intense planning sessions at any number of local watering holes.

I still haven't made my annual recon mission to watch the set up of the "Paddock".

So little time, so much racin.
