Boy was that a hard impact his car had on the wall. Just prior to his accident, I noticed on Al's in-car camera that he(Gil) had quite a wiggle, which may have meant his car was very loose. First Goodyear said that he ran into 'Renna's dirty air', and later stated that Gil may have hit the back of Renna's gearbox causing him(Gil) to lose control. He must have hit the wall at over 215 mph. Scary seeing the left rear tire keep spinning. Kind of knew he was out cold just from the wheel spinning. Wishing him well in his recovery. Poor Gil. He's a good driver and a person.

It was an incredibly hard hit, and when he couldn't hit the kill switch, it looked really bad. It was good to see the thumbs up as he was being placed into the chopper.

I too send my wish that Gil is ok and back in the saddle at TMS!
                    Have a very blessed day!
