Now that's funny Carl, and kinda sad. When it's all said and done, and all the blame is placed, most of it should lay at the feet of Jargon Joe and passing on the contract offer from the IRL's "partner," in then end, even though the Haas thing may have come anyway, as a means to get Cdm's contract, most of the rest is sponsor driven. Some on 7th gear think Toyota and Honda are out to "get" CART, I doubt it! Toyota asked for letters of intent from CART teams to guage interest in their "3.5," before Forsyth convinced Pooky to go back to the turbo's, they were prepared to still support CART. Honda is in the IRL because Toyota is, that is why the late start!
