I don't see how it can be 65 because the "unrestored" version was put up by the Speedway on Soundcloud for a brief time and I would think if that was being worked on, it wouldn't have been put up. 56 and 57 would be the best bets unless it were one of the earlier races like 52, or one of the late 40s ones.

‘56 & ‘57 would be great to fill the small gap at the beginning.
I know there’s the “500 in 60” versions of ‘53 & ‘54.

Don't have any information, but my gut feeling ... which might just be post-lunch indigestion ... is that this project probably didn't make enough money from the old-school true believer fans who are the only remaining market for such things to make it feasible or sustainable, and is unlikely to be high on the speedway's priority list moving forward especially post-COVID.
