Never happen rev-ed. TSL Forum kept me happy, to bad for the guys that didn't know it was there. Now I will have two to read daily. Welcome back to life TF
Should we create a backup site to go to in case of emergency in the future? Like Arute's, or some other temporary site rather than Speednet?
I subscribed to TSL, but couldn't find a forum.

I spent some time answering emails about why TF was down. Thinking up creative ways to say "I don't know".
Spent some more time with folks coming up to me over at the Flag Room asking why TF was down. In a bar it is a lot easier to create colorful ways to express one's ignorance. "how the **** would I know? I'm the CART guy for cryin' out loud, they don't tell me anything"
Oh yeah, booked rooms for Elkhart Lake on line, bought some classic motorbooks on line, worked on the opener party on line, and chatted way too much on line.
Never gave speednet a thought, haven't for five years.
7thGear, that's another story, spent some time over there. That place has slipped a notch or two IMO, way too much name calling and petty BS. I get emails and PMs that complain about my moderating at times, but I won't let the CART side of Track Forum turn into just another place to bad mouth either series or other fans.
Outside of a football game tha was on last Sunday. I cleaned a couple of closets, moves some furniture and put together one of those knock-down pieces of furniture.
At this moment the wife is still trying to recover from the shock of it all.
Where did this come from? You mean it has been here all along.
I guess it would qualify as the alternative to Trackforum when tech difficulties persist.

I tried racershome.com and motorsport news channel forum but there was no action at the former and the latter is too much like 7g for my taste.Forget spudnut. All in all,I was pretty bummed.
