I've actually sat just a few rows behind these seats. Great, great view. If you're thinking about buying these, jump on it now, you won't be disappointed.

Which section in NE Vista is numbered too high in terms of being too close to the backstretch, assuming a double letter row?

Looking at the 3D map on IMS, it looks like eventually your view of the backstretch gets obstructed by the fence and you have to turn your head a lot.

Obviously the more left (higher numbered section) you sit, the view will decreased but looks like there is plenty of sections that you'll still get a similar view.

I am just asking because I have a higher section in NE Vista, and am anticipating either being blown away with the view or severely disappointed.

                NE Vista Turn = Good.
                NE Vista = Not good.

There is only a NE Vista Turn anymore. The rest were taken down (despite what the maps at imstix.com still show).

Sections 1-25 remain. Section 25 is the "worst" angle if you don't want to feel like you're on the backstretch, but section 19 was perfect when I used to sit in the top row there.

I'd guess that anything in a double-letter row is going to be pleasing, but that's subjective.
