Not sure why they are making a big deal about this. Doesn't HPD already have one in their Indianapolis facility?

I wouldn't say they are making a big deal about it, its an article on Indycar's website.

Yes Honda has one here as well however, the talk of using it for development with IUPUI and possibly beyond that (law enforcement, etc.) is worthy of at least a news article.

I love it! Not sure why this is a big deal LOL. It was many who thought this was all talk and bluster from Dallara snd it would never be built or provide anything worth while.
