Well, thanks a lot - I'll probably be fired later today for not doing any work whatsoever....

Oh yes, I've already gotten the backups done. That was a priority.

Imagine putting the list together... Just a mention of the word "YouTube" makes my fingers hurt. Sure was a lot of fun though, there are some really great videos out there. I was surprised to see so many from the early years in color.

              Great! What an awesome site.

and to think I spent all that dough on those Indy Legacy series DVDs about 10 years ago (they do have some pretty cool interviews though)

I'd love to download these to DVD (My tape collection is at my other place in Ohio, and I'd rather watch stuff on TV if at all possible and not on a laptop). I Know there used to be a way to, by right clicking and it would say "download", but I don't see that now. Do any of you know?

Do you have an HDMI or VGA input on both your TV and laptop? If so, just connect via cable.. that's how I watch anything from a laptop on a TV. If you have, for example, VGA on the TV and HDMI on the laptop or vice versa, a cable/adapter that can support both exists somewhere out there. Fry's Electronics has everything under the sun.

Also, there's a way to download youtube vids as mp4 files that you can burn on a DVD.. can't recall how off the top of my head but I'm sure Google university could help you.

Thanks for the Info. We're moving into a new house in NC in a few weeks, I'm putting a TV in my office, I'll remember to get a TV with a hook-up like that. And I'll go and look around for the MP4 way you mentioned. Appreciate it!

Thanks, I've put a lot of time into it the past few years. I have those Legacy DVDs too, and yes, the interviews are very cool, you can't find them anywhere else. I always bring them out in April, just getting revved up for the month ahead.
