I was looking at die-cast cars on ebay. Most list for anywhere from $60 to $300. I came across a 1/24 scale model of the beautiful red mustang pace car for the 1994 Indy 500. Al Unser Jr owns the actual car and it is on perm display over here at the Unser Racing Museum. For some reason, the bid was only $0.99. I bid $1.04 AND I WON!!!!! ($8 shipping). It will have an honored place on my trophy shelf.

Now I just have to get a trophy shelf.

If you can visit the Museum in Abq it is worth the trip. That car is kept spotless. Al Sr's 78 Corvette is there too. It has 400 actual miles on it. I tried to get Sr to let me take it down to Sonic for some burgers one day but he wouldn't turn lose of the keys.
