At 1:02 a man appears behind Brian Briscoe. I have seen this man at the track before. That is a small world. I love this video. I can't wait for this race. Spectacular. Imagine double-file restarts here. Many cars on the front stretch and then into turn one. Wow! You will like it.

The more I think about it, the more I like the idea.

Let's just face the facts. We're not going to get back to the full month of May with strictly running the Indy 500.

This way, we can get back to the full month of May (or at least as close as its going to get), and it can still be strictly IndyCar/FIL. I'm sure they'll try and throw Grand Am race or something in there during the RC race, but I wouldn't care about that.

I must admit... your schedule looks pretty good, However, I'd MUCH rather see the full Mazda Road to Indy ladder series compete in addition to IndyCars, NOT sports cars, which are now nascar owned. Let them run, if they must, on 'the circus' weekend. Personally I was not a sports car fan before and will be even less now that France has his fingers... correction, his entire hand... in that cookie jar, now.

As for the IndyCar Series, quite possibly, this will be the way it is in the near future.

My pleasure! BTW, I miss my 'old' nightly show too! rpm2night was a lot of fun, it really wasn't like a job at all!!! i was very fortunate to have the opportunity to do that show for eight years! (7 nightly and then 1 year on the weekends)
