Do the drivers, if they win multiple poles, do they have a sticker on the wing from every pole they earn?

Dario has 4 poles; does he have 4 P1 stickers on his wing or only one?

Same with RHR (3), Power and Dixon (2 each).

I believe they get a new sticker everytime. I've seen multiple pictures of Ryan Hunter Reay posing with a new sticker on his car everytime he earned pole.

Multiple time winners just have one decal with stars denoting the amount of poles won:


If a previous winner wins the P1 award for the current race, they wear a second decal in contrasting color for the duration of that event (like Dickson's photo in the post above).

The decal is available in multiple colors to best suit the livery of the car. So Dario, for instance, has a different color VZW P1 decal to match whatever sponsor is his on his car that week. The P1 Award decal is applied on both of the wing end plates.

The gold one that RHR runs is very ugly, but i REALLY like that black on black one I posted from one of Dario's black liveries.
