15 of the 24 drivers in the points have a race win ,, that's pretty strong,
I love the sport more than I hate the past,

It's the best open wheel field since the late 90's CART in my opinion.

If I'm right we had 17 drivers on the 2003 grid who at least had one win in their career. It's awesome to see how many new drivers have made their name famous in those 10 years, such as Hunter-Reay, Sato, Hinchcliffe, Kimball etcetera.

That's exactly what I was thinking. The field is so strong that we never have a dang full course caution on a road course anymore. (And I'm cool with that.)

By my rough calculations, 14 different drivers have won a race in the DW12 (through 29 races). The current driver with the most starts in the ICS and no wins is EJ Viso (96 starts) followed by Simona (61 starts).

16 drivers have recorded a podium in 14 races this season. 9 different winners, four first-timers.

This is only the first road course event of the season which didn't have a full course yellow, last year it happened as well at Edmonton and Mid-Ohio that we ran caution free for two consecutive races.
