Any good news or big announcements on the horizon???

Seems like a lot of low morale around here. I personally can not understand why. We are in the midst of the best points battle of the league's history. For some reason, one week off has given many around here time to dig up all of the reasons they are pi$$ed off at the IRL for some reason or another.

Isn't there anything positive to report. Any big rumors? ANYTHING?

BUT, my moralE regarding the IRL is at an all time high. There do, however, seem to be a few little pests out there with low self esteem hellbent on blaming the IRL for all the trouble in the world.

Sad, really.

It is rather amusing. Anyone that focuses on the on the track product, the good news coming out about next year, etc. has to be excited.

It is rather sad that being a racing fan causes so much grief for some folks. Maybe a different hobby is in order?

Here's some good news. You'll be able to sit on the edge of your chair this weekend while watching the IRL at Chicago. These last two are going to be something.

I don't think the IRL is trying to get NASCAR fans into their races with these season ticket packages. But I heard FREE spitoons to the first 25,000.

It's just that the anticipation of a great Chicago race is distracting. That coupled with an abomination of a "race" in Denver that sullies the name of Open Wheel racing puts us at a boiling point.

In Formula One,they are called "expectoration collection modules" because they are very high tech,computer controlled and made of a combination of carbon fiber and titanium.
