                That's really great news for the 2012 chassis development. Nice to have a constant like the Firestone tire while that's going on. Who knows, maybe Firestone will have a change of heart while that's happening and decide to stay longer term.

                    the Indy Lights contract will only remain through this year. IMO it's actually a good plan - the new tire supplier can start in lights in 2012 and be ready to go on the 'big cars' by 2014

                      Great news for the chassis transition : the owners made a very wise decision to go for safety and reliability over short term cost considerations.

                      Guess some posters are going to have to put their Firestones back on.

                        As for Indy Lights... finding a tire supplier for a junior series is a much easier job. JMO
