I'm pretty sure I was the first person to send Randy a message on facebook last night and he sent me a message back confirming that they were planning on doing this "Lucky Dog". They definitely didn't intend to float a trial balloon, but it's not too late to change their minds until they do issue a press release.Comment

Bernard said yesterday on the IndyCar Garage Podcast that they planned the release of the info for today on the changes Cavin mentioned in his article.
I think they've reconsidered due to the fan reaction.Comment
