A bit more Biased group with Curt Cavin i would imagine but he tweeted this:
E-mails are running 50 to 1 against #indycar using Lucky Dog. Won't be surprised if they drop it.

The question is phrased horrendously in favor of "Yes".

Would you like to see a car receive a lap back --
If you were going to the website and hadn't heard this rumor yet, you would have no idea that this has anything to do with the "Lucky Dog".

Would I like to see a driver get a lap back? Hell yes I would, that would be some impressive racing.

Looking at the way to poll is currently skewing I suspect some ballot-box stuffing going on...

The operative word is "receive", Gomer. Not "gain" or "race for a" lap back.

There was no neutral option. Us wishy-washy types are unrepresented!...

...not that I have any strong feelings on the matter one way or the other.

Either people are mislead by the question as Gomer points out, or it's a case of what Buellboy suggests. People & friends I talked to yesterday about this who aren't members here had about the same reaction as the poll here suggests...almost no-one was in favor of it.
