    Hugo Chavez is spending PDVSA/Citgo money on Formula 1 with Williams.

    That sticker on the Williams F1 car easily cost more than Viso and Milka's sponsorship combined and by alot.

    Whether they have enough to all of them? Who knows, but F1 sucks up a lot of money.
    And don't forget the heat!

    Very surprising as Citgo is rumored to be for sale. He needs the cash to update his refineries.

        The thread is titled 'the other reason Milka likely won't be back'. I'm assuming that the reason not mentioned here is that she's already been at most of the check-accepting teams and is running out of teams?!

            Citgo is part of PDVSA. Seems like PDVSA is still spending, but CITGO is not. Too bad for Milkmaid.
