What time is the 500 going to start this year? I thought that it was going to start earlier but according to the IMS website the green flag will be at 1:12pm. I haven't been on Trackforum for several months so I apologize if this has been discussed already.

Based on how little sleep I got last year, my Saturday night plans are to stop by whatever is open in Fishers at midnight, get some food, stop by the hotel room to drop off Little 500 souvenirs and eat, head over to Marsh's to pick up the box lunches, and then disembark to the the Speedway for the 500.

The start time WILL be pushed back, so it's definitely possible.

Most tailgating is well underway by Friday - if you have to start Sunday morning, you're not doing it right
