I'd like to see Oriol in a car full-time. I'd also like to see N/H return to some respectability. If this were to materialize it could be a good deal for both...I'm hopeful.
a bad day at the race track beats a good day at work
I think Newman/Haas fielding a strong full-season effort for both Servia and Hinchcliffe would be one of the best developments of 2011. Hope they get it done!

I hope it happens, but a shop visit really isn't a big sign.

He's already been fitted for a seat. The tweet says they are working on making him more comfortable. Doesn't seem like you'd waste time doing that if he wasn't going to drive some more, but that could just mean more testing.

very true but also why would they be doing so much testing if they weren't pretty certain they were going racing in 2011? I have a feeling they are close to being able to put two cars on the track this coming season.
I tried digging this is up for nearly a half hour last week and had no luck finding anything. I guess one could call up Barber and tell them you're interested in coming out for the IndyCar test and see what they'll tell you.
Last year they went to Barber 2 1/2 weeks prior to Brazil, so I'd think this year with the start 2 weeks later they'd start testing in early March. I'm just looking for a reason that Servia would be there other than a friendly visit.
