Someone needs to hire this guy. I don't know if his designs are aerodynamically sound but he is clearly enthusiastic about IndyCar and knows how to design cars in a manner that excite the viewers. Dallara, Chevy, Honda, Lotus, or IndyCar please team him with a good aerodynamics engineer and let him loose.

Not bad at all. Sure beats the heck out of my mock-ups.
Some fans claim one series or another runs "real race cars." What's everybody else running, fake race cars?

I agree very cool indeed. I just wish they would release the actual safety cell. I think it will be different in that they have said that the driver will be more upright and there will be more padding around them as well as under them. All trying to add protection for the driver. It should be larger also to fit drivers like Justin Wilson. So the cockpit area may be longer, wider, and taller than we are accustom to.

Hmm... I wonder if baseball analogies work in Italy...

        Excellent work, as always.

          Dansanfy does outstanding work. Bravo!
I agree it will be nice to know what the roller safety cell will actually look like and what type of limitations and or freedoms designers will have for the aero kits.
          God speed!

I believe they said they were going to have that all worked out by the end of the year. Hopefully they won't wait too long to release some of it.

                  Gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaaal!

That would be the analogy, anyway.

These designs look good, but they are styling exercises-race cars are built by engineers, not stylists.

I agree! That's why I said he needed to be teamed with an Engineer. Form usually follows function, or it should, but I really wonder if race cars that look good might be a case of function following form. It would be interesting to run his designs thru an aerodynamics program. Wishful thinking but it couldn't hurt the PR and marketing effort if a fan actually got a job or apprenticeship out of the design contest.

                          OOOOHHHH, YES!

Thank you for your consideration, guys!

For me it's always fun to draw cars. But, actually, if Mr. Dallara
call me ... In the U.S. there are teams of volleyball for foreigners?
