    The difference here is no doubt more about the power than the downforce. On tight point-and-squirt tracks mechanical grip becomes more important, anyway.

    But I still think the car has far too much downforce on the big ovals. Or, alternatively, the big ovals we run are not suitable for these cars. If they can run around the bottom of a track, something is wrong. And CART/CC also got to that point with their later ovals. I think it was at Las Vegas that they were literally riding the white line all the way around. They fans should have booed them out of the place.

      anybody notice the number of events for 2011 has shrunk by 16% compared to 2010? Yep, things are headed in the right direction!

        We had 17 in 2010. In 2011, we'll likely have 16 or 17. Edmonton sounds like its back on, and I'm pretty confident in Vegas for the finale.
