Year is over and its time to give out grades.
So what kind of grade would you give RB?

List what you think is his greatest accomplishment and his greatest failure.

Tough to really tell but things have come up on the plus side ever since he displaced the
mismanagement specialist that caused the whole mess.

I'm not ready to say "In Randy we trust!" because while his work has been exemplary, we're not out of the woods just yet. But I am definitely one of his supporters. He's made an incredible impact in just a year, and should be credited for that. It's been a pile of work by the look of it, and he's done a fantastic job.

B+. I must admit I was a as sceptial as anyone at first. The decline of AOWR has stopped, and not a moment too soon. The series now seems poised for an upswing. Major sponsors seem very pleased with their investments and that can only breed momentum and attract others. Of course, many challenges lay ahead but the IICS seems to be in good and very capable hands with Randy at the helm.

He has made changes in style and direction in some cases. Some of the things amount to rearranging the furniture so a few loud mouth gripers feel like they're being focused on. There are some things that he's talked about and said how important they are but offered no solutions to recitfying the situations. But the major issues that need to be improved or a different direction is required or work has to be done where he has made changes will take time to prove out whether or not he made the right changes because we haven't seen any actual results from most..
