    Come settle the IRL vs CART/CCWS issues here on Trackforum so that we can maybe spend next year appreciating the 100th anniversary of the Indy500 and the 2011 season of the IZOD Indycar Series.

      * Fire Brian Barnhart.

      * Have the Pace Car stay on track until the exit of turn 4 on starts & re-starts.

      * Stop making caution periods a time-out period. If not ban routine pit-stops under caution then go green when the track is safe. Having the caution period extended due to pit-stops is ridiculous.

      * Fire Brian Barnhart.

      * Have pit-road assignments determined by qualifying position or by lottery.

      * Make ROP at Indy the week before the track opens. Allow practice for ALL cars from Opening Day (Saturday) thru the following Friday.

      * Fire Brian Barnhart.

      * Have Firestone develop a tire that safely doesn't last as long.

      * Reduce the downforce and mandated wing settings on ovals.

          THESE.

          However....

          * Have Firestone develop a tire that safely doesn't last as long.

          NASCAR and Goodyear did something similar in 2005. Wasn't pretty. Hell, they were busting tires in the first practice session AT DAYTONA. Even if they lasted the racing wasn't anywere near what it was in 2004 (the smaller rear-spoiler also contributed).

            Quit closing the pits under Yellows. Let people pit ASAP after a Yellow and end the Yellow the lap after the track is clear.

            There was no reason to even have a Yellow when Power brushed the wall.

            For debris on the track, throw a Yellow, have someone run out and grab it as soon as they are bunched up behind the pace car, and turn 'em loose ASAP.

            Bigger fuel tanks and tires that wear out faster.

            Pace Car led Restarts.

            Standing Starts for Road Races.

            107% rule on Road Races, 104% rule on ovals. i.e. if you qualify at more than the % of the Pole limit, you do not get to start. Give each driver 2 free passes if they had practice times that were fast enough.

                    8. Stop hanging out with Robin Miller. He is just a confused bi-polar race fan who has no clue how to "fix" anything.

                      - Hire a few editors and a producer to work on the race broadcasts who actually understand how to tell a story and can create video packages that are timed to music.
                      - Get the $20 million dollar bonus for the double done for 2011
                      - Legally change IRL name to IndyCar
