Wheldon and Panther Racing apparently won't be parting on the best of terms after this race. Filing as DW Motorsports, Wheldon has a lawsuit pending in Marion County Superior Court against Panther Racing LLC and John Barnes Racing. The suit, apparently involving a contract dispute between the British driver and team owner John Barnes, was filed Aug. 18. . . .
