  • Woo Hoo!!!! Chili Bowl Spoiler

    Unreal!

Tony Stewart wins the Chili Bowl after swapping the lead with Kevin Doty at least seven times!

Cory Kruseman nips Doty for third at the line.

Unreal to listen to, I can't wait to see it next week.

I must have missed something. When will it be on next week? Channel?

Hey, Was there a Chili Bowl when Foyt and Andretti did sprint cars?

That's so cool. I was really disappointed the way Jeff Gordon basically turned his back to sprints/midgets after he made it to Winston Cup.

I would like to see somebody offer that F1 ride to Tony...

                      He's one of a kind.

TD Back in my room in Tulsa, for Tickets go to www.chilibowl.com

Hotels there are plenty We stay in an area at 33rd and Memorial, Embassy, Hawthorn, Day, and several others right here. about 4 miles from track.

Tickets may be tough as Friday and Saturday are sold out each year but watch the above site for when Tickets go on sale.

Even with out Tickets you can get a pit pass for all 4 days and there are big screens up to watch it on and still OD on fumes and get in the way of the cars in the pits

For after track activites there is Elepahnt run in the Trade Winds Hotel It was Crazy Friday night this is a Bar in a hotel with a DJ or a BAND.

There is a great trade show going on in the Expo Hall (I got the Johnny Lighting Special dirt champ car die cast there for under a $100 bucks)

Weather came be bizzare This week went from mids 70 to the 20's I have been here for sun, rain, sleet, snow, ice

Its nice that the new season has started!
If the league is not going to shift their stance on the fees I would imagine all of the ovals would start being replaced by "chamber of commerce financially supported" TV infomercials dressed up like a car race for different city centers across the USA.

                              I'm going next year.

I don't care what it takes or what it costs, I'm there.

If I have to go alone...I'm still going.

I informed my better half today. She rolled her eyes, which I think is an okay.
