Jenkins is good....but I think Calabro is better.The transformation is complete. The Indy 500 is the only IndyCar race that matters. -

I like Calabro's voice...good baritone voice which makes it easy to hear. Jenkins also has good voice as well.RIP Dan Wheldon :(

Just got back from the track.
I think Calabro sounds corny & goofy.
Back in Carnegie's prime he was the best, but today Jenkins is better than Carnegie.
And I also think that Jenkins forgot more about racin' than Calabro will ever know.Told my kids to sprinkle my ashes where the the 1st turn tree used to be. They said I'm weird.

I don't mind Calabro as a sports guy on TV, but can't stand him as the IMS PA guy. Perhaps my dislike of him stems from his attempts to inject huge excitement into every little thing that happens, which is the opposite of Carnegie's understated style.Originally posted by chil
